At Simpplr, I lead a 10-member DevOps and platform engineering team and own the platform roadmap for multi-region AWS workloads connected to GCP and Azure. I cut infrastructure costs by ~50% and kept spend nearly flat for three years while onboarding new workloads.

I also launched AI-enabled engineering initiatives, including an MCP-based developer workflow and an SRE agent that uses observability data and Slack/Confluence knowledge to guide incident troubleshooting. Before Simpplr, I worked on DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and production support at Cimpress India Pvt. Ltd. and Prime Focus Technologies.
