At Deloitte, I work on Wells Fargo’s multi-cloud commercial banking platform across AWS and Azure. I defined SLI, SLO, and error-budget practices for 20+ microservices, helping maintain a 99.95% availability SLO.

I introduced Prometheus and Grafana observability with tiered incident routing, cutting MTTR by 45%. I also supported blameless post-mortems and runbook-driven incident response.

For platform delivery, I implemented GitOps promotions with ArgoCD and authored reusable Terraform modules for AWS and Azure. Provisioning time fell from days to under 30 minutes, and production releases no longer require manual kubectl apply.

Previously at Capgemini, I worked on Bank of America’s commercial banking system, including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. I bring experience with SRE practices, multi-cloud operations, and platform automation.
