At Ticketmaster / Live Nation, I lead Platform Engineering services for 5,000–6,000 engineers globally, spanning GitLab, CI/CD, Splunk, observability, artifact management, service desk operations, governance, and compliance.

I manage a distributed team of 13, have built and scaled platform capabilities through hiring and mentoring, and oversee enterprise platforms supporting 30,000+ GitLab repositories, 8,000+ runners, and 100GB+ daily Splunk ingestion. I also manage strategic vendor relationships and $7M–$10M in annual platform and tooling spend.

I build automation, self-service, and AI-assisted workflows that improve engineering effectiveness, including MCP-based Confluence automation, GitLab Duo and GitLab MCP evaluations, and Slack-based incident assistants. My work has helped reduce MTTR by 25%, reduce support tickets by an estimated 20%, and eliminate 40–60 engineering hours of manual work each week.
