I’m an operations leader with 15+ years of experience improving organizational performance across retail, hospitality, and large-scale event environments. I bring structure to operational complexity by anticipating operational risks and implementing scalable solutions teams can execute reliably.
As a Location Manager for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, I improve financial performance through inventory optimization, strategic product management, labor control, and cost containment. Earlier at Aramark Sports & Entertainment, I served as Assistant Manager and Interim Concessions Manager, supporting large-scale concessions and athletic catering for thousands of guests. I coordinated and supervised more than 130 employees, volunteers, and temporary workers, and during a leadership transition I maintained operational continuity. I also redesigned inventory management across 18 concession stands and multiple storage areas by standardizing par levels—reducing inventory count time, improving accuracy, decreasing labor requirements, and streamlining reconciliation—while overseeing alcohol compliance, food safety compliance, cash handling, and event readiness.
My leadership foundation includes an Assistant Manager role at Walmart Store #299, where I supervised and developed 240+ associates and strengthened compliance, asset protection, and loss prevention across GM Consumables, Softlines, and Hardlines. I’m also a ServSafe Food Safety Manager and TIPS-certified, and I’m energized by coaching, workforce planning, and continuous process improvement that lifts efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
