What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-focused role where I can apply my pharmacy accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and insurance/dispensing experience to improve workflow speed and medication safety, while continuing to grow in healthcare.

I’m a Certified Pharmacy Technician who thrives in detail-driven environments where speed and accuracy must both stay high. At CVS Health, I filled and dispensed prescriptions daily while maintaining quality control and strong attention to patient safety.

I’m trained to protect sensitive information and follow the process end-to-end. I ensured HIPAA compliance, maintained patient profiles (medical history, allergies, and current medications), collaborated with pharmacists to resolve discrepancies, and supported patient counseling when questions came up.

I also bring operational strength to the pharmacy team. I managed inventory levels, used automated dispensing systems (ADS) to reduce wait times, supported insurance claims processing and prior authorizations for specialty medications, and improved accuracy by implementing a double-check system to reduce medication errors. I organized inventory using an ABC analysis approach to cut stockouts.

Outside of pharmacy, I’ve built a customer-first mindset through roles in retail sales, housekeeping, inbound call center support, and front-end cashier work. I’m currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Nursing at Ivy Tech, and I’m looking for a role where I can keep learning while delivering dependable, compassionate service.
