Labis Saltas

@labissaltas

I drive B2B growth through full-cycle sales, CRM, and AI automation.

I've driven B2B sales and business development across energy, medical products, AI sales automation, and hospitality. I run the full sales cycle by phone, from lead generation and needs analysis to signed contracts.

At Orama Growth, I implemented CRM systems that increased lead conversion by 25% and shortened the sales cycle by 30%. I also managed AI-powered sales systems and owned P&L analysis.

At Santair, I sold medical products to business customers and ran Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that generated 40% lead growth. As an independent energy consultant, I help residential and business customers select electricity and gas plans while building long-term relationships.
