I'm seeking opportunities in project management, HR analytics, or training and development where I can use data, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement to strengthen performance and employee outcomes.

At Holland America Line, I manage end-to-end delivery for custom land-and-sea itineraries serving corporate group accounts and approximately 60,000 guests annually. I coordinate Sales, Operations, Hotels, and Transportation teams, manage vendor schedules, and maintain KPI and revenue reporting for a department managing roughly $159M in seasonal revenue.

Previously at Hertz, I progressed from Coordinator to Revenue Management Analyst, supporting revenue strategy for a 13,000-vehicle fleet generating more than $20M per quarter. I build dashboards and operational reports, improve processes, and redesigned Day Zero onboarding to strengthen new-hire performance; my earlier team leadership experience at Publix also includes hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training.
