What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to grow in translation, interpreting, language teaching, or bilingual customer service, where I can work with multicultural audiences and continue developing my language and communication skills.

I've supported bilingual English-Spanish customers at Teleperformance Peru, reviewing confidential documentation, analyzing requests, and guiding customers toward solutions.

At Red River Ski and Summer Area in New Mexico, I managed ski and snowboard rental processes, inventory tracking, equipment inspection, and English-language customer assistance.

I also developed playful English-learning activities for children ages 3–5 at Estrellitas Kids House, collaborating with teachers and using Zoom, Google Classroom, and YouTube materials.

I'm studying Professional Translation and Interpreting at UPC, with training in language teaching and consecutive and simultaneous interpreting. I’m motivated by language learning, cultural exchange, and multicultural communication.
