What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare support role where I can apply my HCA training, clinical internship experience, and compassionate communication to support quality patient care, safe daily operations, and effective teamwork.

I’m a dedicated and organized healthcare support professional trained as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), bringing hands-on clinical internship experience and a compassionate, patient-first approach. I combine empathy and professionalism with clear communication to help patients, families, and healthcare teams feel supported.

Through my HCA training and clinical internship experience at Emedical Comprehensive Consult (June 2026), I supported patient comfort, mobility, and wellbeing while practicing infection prevention and control. I observed patients and reported concerns to supervising healthcare professionals, and I assisted with measuring and recording vital signs under supervision.

Alongside healthcare support, I’ve built a strong administrative and customer service background. As an Administrative Manager, I managed front-office operations, scheduling, budgeting, record maintenance, and procurement to keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain organized documentation.

Earlier, I strengthened my relationship-focused communication through customer service and sales roles, including handling inquiries and complaints, supporting event coordination, and performing prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling. I’m known for remaining calm under pressure, supporting smooth operations, and delivering support that improves customer satisfaction and care quality.
