At Life Church Somerset West, I coordinated multi-department operations and managed the Life Café, including staff coordination, stock control, suppliers, POS systems, reconciliations, reporting, and venue events. On MSC Poesia's World Cruise, I supported hotel leadership with immigration documentation, passport and visa administration, guest logistics, and daily hotel operations across international ports.

My background also includes accounts administration, payroll support, procurement, fleet administration, warranty management, reporting, and customer issue resolution. I build practical systems, improve workflows, and handle sensitive documentation with accuracy and discretion.

Alongside my professional work, I run Events Curated Co. and volunteer operational and administrative support for organisations serving vulnerable children, families, and mental health initiatives. I care about building trusted relationships and making life easier for the people and teams I support.
