Currently, I work as a Certified Lead Pawnbroker at EZCORP, where I manage a team of 15 employees and oversee daily operations. My role involves writing loans on various items, including jewelry and firearms, while ensuring exceptional customer service. I take pride in my ability to maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative environment among my coworkers, which has resulted in consistently positive feedback from customers.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience in the food service industry as a Delivery/Assistant Chef at Grill 21, where I honed my multitasking skills and learned the importance of maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
