At Southern Champion Tray, I applied the ADKAR model to address resistance to a safety change that had been rolled out without sufficient context. I held listening sessions, aligned leadership messaging, and involved front-line employees to rebuild buy-in.
I created a safety recognition program that launched with about 100 employees at the plant and was later adopted company-wide, reaching about 1,000 employees. In organizational effectiveness projects at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, I assessed organizations and presented recommendations to client stakeholders.
