What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply industrial-organizational psychology, coaching, assessment, and program leadership to improve workplace well-being, performance, career outcomes, and community-based behavioral health services.

I've delivered performance coaching through Sharp Performance, taught psychology at Sandhills Community College, and conducted comprehensive vocational evaluations for NC DHHS. My work turns psychological, educational, medical, and socioeconomic information into actionable development, employment, and support plans.

I've also led psychological health and safety strategy for the National Association of Safety Professionals and directed STEM and therapeutic programs for children of fallen military and first responder families. With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I bring evidence-based practice, ethical judgment, program development, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration to workplace and community behavioral health initiatives.
