What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support and security-focused role where I can apply troubleshooting and network security concepts, document fixes to improve efficiency, and keep learning in a fast-paced, professional environment.

I’m a detail-oriented, early-career professional with a strong academic foundation in Cyber Security and Business Administration. I bring a structured approach to analyzing complex information, solving problems, and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

In my IT Support Technician role, I maintained event technology, resolved technical issues, configured devices, and supported end users to keep operations running without interruption. I also documented technical issues and implemented solutions that improved system efficiency and made future troubleshooting more streamlined.

Before that, I worked as an Associate Teacher where I designed and delivered daily lesson plans while differentiating instruction for diverse learners. Across both roles, I focus on reliability, initiative, continuous learning, and clear communication—bringing professionalism and adaptability wherever I’m needed.
