What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Help Desk, Service Desk, IT Support, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role where I can resolve user issues, communicate clearly, document and escalate incidents, and grow my cybersecurity knowledge.

I'm transitioning from Baltimore City Public Schools into entry-level IT support, bringing daily experience helping users with different knowledge levels, resolving problems, and explaining procedures clearly.

I've completed introductory cybersecurity training through The University of Texas at Austin and Great Learning, with applied coursework in vulnerability assessment, incident analysis, ISO 27001:2022 controls, GDPR, and tools including Nmap, OWASP ZAP, OpenVAS, Nuclei, and HostedScan.

As a Baltimore Teachers Union School Representative, I listen to concerns, provide guidance, document issues, and escalate matters through established channels. I'm seeking a Help Desk, Service Desk, IT Support, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role where I can support users and continue growing technically.
