I've supported hundreds of students at Texas State Technical College as a Career Advisor, guiding job searches, resumes, interviews, LinkedIn profiles, and employer engagement. I improved known graduate placement from 82.5% to 94.8% year-over-year through stronger tracking and follow-up.
I also identified file-sharing inefficiencies and built a shared drive for statewide and local teams, centralizing records and accelerating new-hire onboarding. Across seven semesters, I managed the Interview Practicum and expanded it from two to three days while increasing attendance by over 50%.
