At Nespresso, I governed a CHF 50–70M African coffee sourcing portfolio across five countries, holding supplier performance at 98% for on-time delivery and quality. I built governance and investment controls for nine clusters and led Kenya’s transition to commercial suppliers, covering 210,000 farmers.

At One Acre Fund, I helped build the operating backbone that scaled from around 13,000 farmers to more than 1M across seven countries. I modernised field operations and digital systems, and an independent RCT found the integrated support lifted maize yields by 26%, output by 24% and profit by 18%.
