At Maharashtra National Law University, I lead a team of staff and students in placement and outreach activities, serving as an interface for students, faculty and corporate partners. I draft and update policies and guidelines for recruitment, internships and corporate engagement.
As a Project Associate at IIT Bombay, I partnered with Principal Investigators, government agencies and industry stakeholders to coordinate project activities, workshops and training sessions. I also drafted MOUs and supported collaboration agreements.
At IIM Mumbai (NITIE), I conducted interviews, facilitated panel discussions and performed qualitative data analysis using NVivo 12 and 13. I contributed to a book on the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan in collaboration with IIM Mumbai and the Ministry of Education.
Earlier, I taught at NHSS, where I designed and implemented a school-wide assessment system. I’ve also worked in HR consulting, advising clients on hiring, employee engagement, retention and performance management.
