I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can grow in business development while using SQL, Power BI, and analytics to improve lead targeting, client onboarding, and operational efficiency—working with teams that value proactive communication and measurable outcomes.

I’m a results-driven engineering student with hands-on experience across operations, project management, and business development. I enjoy streamlining processes, leading cross-functional teams, and turning data into clear actions to solve real-world problems.

In business development roles, I’ve managed client relationships and ensured retention through proactive communication, product demos, and quick resolution of client queries. I’ve also identified upsell opportunities, strengthened the revenue pipeline, and built lead generation and client acquisition workflows.

I leverage data tools to guide decisions—using Power BI to visualize sales funnel performance, SQL to segment customer data for targeted outreach, and Tableau to present market trends and competitor analysis to senior leadership. I also apply process planning techniques to streamline onboarding and proposal development workflows.

Alongside professional experience, I build practical projects like Power BI dashboards (including a Netflix dataset dashboard and sales and supplier performance scorecards) and a GenAI-powered chatbot using Python, OpenAI’s GPT model, and LangChain.
