What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Operations Executive or Business Operations role where I can contribute to workflow execution, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement while building expertise in business process automation.

At Great Learning, I guide prospective learners through program inquiries, applications, and enrollment while maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking leads, and coordinating with admissions, finance, and support teams.

Previously at YourMicsters, I supported onboarding, engagement activities, application workflows, documentation, trackers, and stakeholder communication to keep day-to-day operations moving smoothly.

I've also built an AI Founder Intelligence and Lead Enrichment Platform using n8n, Serper API, and Google Sheets, reducing founder discovery for 100 companies from an estimated 6–10 hours of manual work to 1 minute and 2 seconds. I'm continuing to build my project management and workflow automation capabilities to improve business processes.
