What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve scalable operations, compliance, training, and reporting systems where AI automation, clear policy interpretation, and root-cause analysis can create measurable business impact.

At Great Learning, I own escalations, compliance, quality, and process execution across Degree and Certification sales verticals. I rebuilt an undocumented lead-clash process, reducing inbound issues from around 3,000 to around 500 per month—an 83% reduction.

I built Rulebook AI to give Learning Consultants immediate, consistent policy guidance and created a Claude-powered reporting workflow that pulls live Google Sheets data into daily dashboards. I also led the move from trainer-led to AI Mentor-led sales training and trained more than 400 Learning Consultants.

Earlier at Barclays, I audited calls and CRM records to identify behavior-led complaint patterns, then delivered individual coaching and team workshops to improve compliant customer interactions. This work contributed to significant complaint reduction and around six lakh rupees in cost savings.

I'm most effective where ambiguous operational problems need structured SOPs, practical AI automation, root-cause analysis, and scalable knowledge systems.
