In my current role as an Operations Executive, I supervise operational teams, coordinate with HR, Sales, and Finance to eliminate bottlenecks, and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce operational vulnerabilities. I also design and monitor quality control systems, drive corrective actions, and act as a key liaison between customer service and operations to improve customer satisfaction.

I bring compliance and quality assurance depth through NISM certification and additional training across international business and AI tools. Earlier, as a Business Development Associate, I supported lead generation through market research, maintained CRM client records, and helped execute business growth strategies through stakeholder-focused planning and presentations.
