At Turnitin, I established the IT Helpdesk Center of Excellence from scratch and lead IT operations across APAC and US regions. I built a South Asia customer support operation from 3 to 12 people and manage a team of four.

I've optimized Jira ITSM workflows to reduce average ticket resolution time by 40% while increasing self-service portal adoption. I also co-led enterprise migrations for 1,000+ Slack Enterprise Grid users and cloud-based Microsoft 365 licensing.

I manage identity, access, and endpoint operations using Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and GCPW. My work includes automating software updates, maintaining 100% security compliance, and designing DLP policies and Google Workspace Trust Rules.

Earlier, I supported enterprise systems and networks at IBM and analyzed risk-modeling datasets at Risk Management Solutions. I also manage global procurement, vendor negotiations, IT asset lifecycle activities, and technical operations for international events.
