I built my career on the frontlines of enterprise IT, progressing over five years from L1 support to IT Operations Lead at HCLTech. I’ve owned high-tier escalations, major outages, and the playbooks that keep teams aligned during change.

During the VMware to Broadcom transition, I troubleshot infrastructure issues for approximately 48,000 global users while maintaining operational stability. I manage major incident management (MIM) and end-to-end service resolutions in ServiceNow and Jira, using trend dashboards to document permanent root-cause learnings.

I also drive knowledge base quality through quarterly validation, mentor junior analysts, and represent support workflows to prospective enterprise clients. My work spans identity and access troubleshooting across Okta and enterprise IAM tools, plus endpoint and remote-access support across modern enterprise platforms.
