I've supported Midlands State University for more than 15 years, working as a Technician in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies and, since December 2025, as a Lecturer in Information Systems and Marketing Sciences.

I deliver lectures and workshops, support continuous assessment and curriculum design, and provide laboratory technology, hardware, software, and user support. My work also includes basic system administration, technical documentation, GIS technologies, data management, and Information Systems analysis.

I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems and bring practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, SPSS, database concepts, and academic/GIS software.

I'm building my Information Security and Cybersecurity knowledge through CISA study, covering network and systems security, access control, data protection, encryption, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, monitoring, incident response, cloud security, and security awareness.
