I’m a cybersecurity and information technology professional supporting secure enterprise information systems, ICT infrastructure, and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) in the Ministry of Health and Child Care. I bring a strong focus on protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of sensitive information through practical security controls and continuous improvement.

In my current Senior Data Management Officer role, I administer and secure national health databases with backup strategies and data integrity validation. I support the Senaite LIMS operation, run Routine Data Quality Assessments, and maintain SOPs and technical documentation aligned with ISO 15189 and information governance requirements.

Previously, as an Information Technology Officer, I installed and maintained ICT infrastructure, enterprise applications, operating systems, and network services. I configured antivirus, firewall rules, user access controls, and backup/recovery procedures, while investigating incidents and performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

My offensive security work includes an Automated Penetration Testing Tool I developed for my MSc research—built with Python, Nmap, Scapy, and SQLite—and it reduced assessment time by up to 50% versus manual testing. I also designed secure applications and emergency alert systems, and I’m currently pursuing an LLM in Cyber Law to strengthen my security and compliance mindset.
