I’m looking to lead end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior roles while driving employer branding and data-driven hiring insights. I want a team that values high-touch candidate experience, measurable outcomes, and employee growth.

I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented talent acquisition professional and Recruitment Lead with experience across companies employing over 1,000 people. At Omnicom Media Group Nepal, I lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior roles—running role scoping with hiring managers, building senior talent pipelines, and delivering competency-based interviews that assess leadership qualities, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.

I also bring a strong HR foundation: at CG Corp Global (Chaudhary Group), I handled full-cycle recruitment (international and national), supported employer branding, and worked closely with leaders on forecasting manpower needs. I’ve managed HR operations and systems using HRIS/ATS (including SAP SuccessFactors), plus end-to-end payroll, attendance/leave management, performance management, offer negotiation, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and compliance through audits—so I can connect hiring strategy directly to business outcomes and employee growth.
