What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people and culture role where I can build compliant HR systems, strengthen workforce planning and performance, support employee development, and foster an inclusive, high-performing, secure workplace.

I've led people and culture operations for FHI 360, Plan International Nepal, Caritas Nepal, and Maatri Nepal, managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance, and employee relations.

At Maatri Nepal, I established the HR function from scratch, creating core policies, systems, and compliance frameworks to support organizational growth.

At Plan International Nepal, I developed and maintained the USAID Education: Equity and Inclusion Project HR dashboard, strengthening workforce analytics, HR reporting, and data-driven decision-making. At FHI 360, I developed a recruitment tracker that improved hiring planning and timely process completion.

I've strengthened HR systems through KPI-based performance evaluation, HR audits, digitization, salary benchmarking, and staff development. I'm committed to inclusive, secure, high-performing workplaces and continue building my strategic HR capability through CHRMP–HR Business Partner certification.
