What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior HR role where I can lead talent acquisition, HR transformation and L&D in an inclusive, growth-oriented organization that values data-driven people strategies and development.

I am an HR leader and MBA with 6+ years of experience in people, culture, and organizational development across IT, fintech, and consulting sectors. I focus on talent acquisition, performance management, HR transformation, and building inclusive workplace culture.

At Hitachi Energy I owned talent acquisition for the ESS business and contributed to a global HR transformation by implementing and localizing the recruitment module (HiNext), process mapping, and SOP creation. I also led Workday performance management rollout and trained 160+ employees and managers.

I have driven succession planning using 9-grid talent reviews, employer branding, compensation benchmarking, and large-scale learning initiatives. Previously, I managed recruitment and performance cycles for firms of up to 800 employees and helped scale teams rapidly.

I deliver data-driven HR solutions with a strong compliance focus, mentor HR teams, and lead cross-functional projects such as work‑permit and visa processing to ensure legal compliance and a positive employee experience.
