I am an HR leader and MBA with 6+ years of experience in people, culture, and organizational development across IT, fintech, and consulting sectors. I focus on talent acquisition, performance management, HR transformation, and building inclusive workplace culture.
At Hitachi Energy I owned talent acquisition for the ESS business and contributed to a global HR transformation by implementing and localizing the recruitment module (HiNext), process mapping, and SOP creation. I also led Workday performance management rollout and trained 160+ employees and managers.
