What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build products, programmes, and communities where I can combine product thinking, marketing, education, and operational leadership to create sustainable experiences that help people grow.

I've helped build Czech disc golf into a nationwide ecosystem of 200+ permanent courses and tens of thousands of players through HEPA group and proDiscgolf.cz. I lead product, marketing, UX, content, and operational development, translating customer and business needs into practical systems.

I've also led the 2021 European Disc Golf Championship for 300+ athletes, managed a leading Czech disc golf club, and built support systems for an elite young athlete. My work combines product thinking, programme leadership, community building, education, and AI-assisted web tool development.
