Secured the first Uniswap Foundation v4 hook grant, established major DEX partnerships, and managed over $2M in funding.

Designed and launched a custom loyalty program that scaled to 2,500+ active users within the first month. Built early community and distribution channels, growing to 15K+ followers and 3K Discord members in six months, and supported fundraising efforts resulting in $3M VC funding and $5.5M raised from the IDO.

Owned marketing-qualified lead generation for an enterprise AI SaaS, managing inbound and ABM programs to support sales pipeline growth. Implemented CRM infrastructure to improve coordination between sales and marketing teams.

Worked directly with the COO on contracts, pricing models, and operational initiatives. Provided support for commercial and operational decision-making.

Coordinated with sales to improve product visibility across major Czech e-commerce retailers. Supported retailer-level go-to-market execution.
