I’m looking for a front desk/office administration role where confidentiality, accuracy, and smooth daily operations matter—supporting customers, handling scheduling and records, managing payments, and coordinating with a reliable team.

I’m a front desk and office administration professional known for accurate records, clear communication, and careful handling of confidential information. I support busy front-office environments where follow-up and organization directly impact day-to-day service.

In my current role as a Front Desk Coordinator, I welcome customers and visitors, manage reservations and account updates, and oversee rental agreements and payments. I maintain customer files and payment records using tools like SiteLink, while also supporting daily administration such as filing, document updates, and supply checks.

Previously, I supported store operations as a Store Supervisor / Front Desk Representative, coordinating shift tasks and helping train new staff on service standards, cash handling, and store procedures. I also tracked supplies, product availability, deliveries, and closing paperwork to keep operations running smoothly.

I bring additional remote office experience from GAO Tek, where I organized digital files, prepared documents, scheduled virtual meetings and training sessions, and supported managers with ongoing reporting and documentation needs.
