At Itaú Unibanco, I transformed the commercial activity measurement model for 30,000+ sales professionals across retail and wholesale. I scaled the analytical base from 150 sampled records a year to about 60,000 a month, and applied generative AI to interaction logs to support accurate allocation of approximately BRL 16M in annual commercial costs.
I developed analyses of visit duration, travel time and interaction frequency that helped the commercial strategy team optimize field time. I also led a team of four analysts and set analytical standards and priorities for the work.
As an Analytics Engineer at Itaú Unibanco, I built analytical frameworks for branch infrastructure and reporting on budgets and assets. Outside the bank, I founded Easier, a logistics optimization platform, and I’m developing an independent football analytics project using Claude Code, Python and SQL.
