What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own analytics from discovery to executive readouts—building ETL, defining success metrics, and running A/B tests—especially in payments or data-product work where the modeling and the product decisions are tightly connected.

I’ve spent the past 9 years working with data in the tech industry across analytics, credit modeling, and recommendation systems. At Upwork, I’ve led the end-to-end Payments Datamart architecture restructure, migrating and standardizing metrics and data sources while also building ETL pipelines for Payments P&L (Revenue and Cost) analysis.

I built confidence interval calculations in Looker to flag outliers in weekly metrics and automated Weekly Business Review reporting pipelines using Claude. I also design and analyze A/B tests for the Payments platform—defining sample sizes, MDE, test duration, and business impact—while serving as lead analyst across discovery, success metrics, monitoring, and executive readouts for launches like Venmo implementation, multi-currency support, and new user experiences for Earnings and Withdrawal.
