I’m a Human Resource Consultant who brings operational precision and a people-focused approach to HR. At HDFC Life Insurance, I lead high-volume recruitment across the West Zone, facilitate walk-in drives, and manage onboarding processes with accuracy and speed while staying the primary point of contact for employee queries.

Previously at White-force Outsourcing, I handled full-cycle recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles across India, partnering with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver hiring strategies. I’ve owned multi-portal job advertising on 20+ portals and social channels, coordinated interviews and offer negotiations, and streamlined recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.

I’m proactive about improving outcomes through analytics, training, and better communication. I train and mentor junior recruiters, maintain recruitment analytics and headcount reporting, ensure compliance through background verifications and KYC, and currently pursue an MBA in Human Resources from Manipal University to deepen my strategic capabilities and grow into a long-term strategic HR role.
