What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR recruitment or operations role where I can strengthen talent pipelines, support smooth onboarding, improve hiring processes, and contribute to employee-focused HR operations.

I've supported recruitment and HR operations across Tata Power, Searchquest Consultants, and Cloud Certitude, managing processes from candidate sourcing through onboarding.

At Tata Power, working on payroll through Digitide Solutions, I maintained employee records, supported document verification and onboarding, handled employee queries, and assisted with attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

At Searchquest Consultants, I partnered with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, post roles, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines for future hiring.

Previously at Cloud Certitude, I managed end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment, including HR screening, offer negotiation, candidate engagement, hiring reports, onboarding, employee documentation, and administrative support.
