What I'm looking for

I'm looking for HR and recruitment opportunities where I can manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while helping build strong teams and positive employee experiences.

I've managed end-to-end hiring for Real Resource HR Services, Paramount Health Insurance TPA, Corporate Ladder Consultancy, and client organizations across IT and non-IT roles. My work spans sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, salary negotiation, candidate onboarding, and closing roles in accounts, HR, administration, sales, customer support, operations, and back-office functions.

At Paramount Health Insurance TPA, I supported the Government of Maharashtra's MJPJAY project across six districts while managing recruitment, employee records, joining formalities, induction, employee queries, engagement activities, and exit processes. I'm passionate about people, recruitment, and creating positive employee experiences.
