What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end IT/BFSI recruiting and HR operations—building pipelines, running high-volume outreach, negotiating offers, and improving hiring speed with strong reporting and compliance.

I drive full-cycle recruitment for IT and BFSI roles, owning sourcing through onboarding, and building active pipelines for current and future hiring needs. As a US – IT Recruiter, I led permanent and contract hiring from India and US, coordinating interviews and communications while handling offer design, negotiation, and closure (including understanding visa status and tax terms like C2C, C2H, W2, and 1099).

I also bring operational depth from hands-on HR work—managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, onboarding documentation, HR screening, and interview scheduling, while improving hiring speed.
