I am a results-driven educator with experience designing curriculum and delivering engaging, student-focused instruction in K–12 and childcare settings. I use data collection and analysis to tailor lessons, incorporate multimedia and cooperative learning, and improve student outcomes.
I regularly communicate with parents and collaborate with administrators to create strategic improvement plans and accommodate students with ADD, ADHD and other learning needs.
Prior roles in retail, customer service and as an assistant manager strengthened my leadership, problem-solving and communication skills and reinforced a service-oriented, safety-conscious approach. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and American Heart Association CPR certifications, and I pursue ongoing professional development.
