I'm looking for an HR operations or process-focused role where I can manage employee lifecycle transactions, improve data accuracy, resolve tickets within SLAs, and strengthen processes through audits and root cause analysis.

At Wipro supporting Google, I review and audit HR tickets before Salesforce submission, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate resolution.

I manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including promotions, compensation, payroll processing, relocations, and entity changes. I also validate EIB uploads, monitor ticket queues, and conduct root cause analysis to reduce recurring errors.
