I'm looking to lead end-to-end hiring and workforce planning for growing teams, improving sourcing, candidate experience, hiring processes, and recruitment outcomes.

I'm currently leading end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles at Townhall (BookMyShow), from proactive sourcing and structured screening through offer negotiation and closure.

I use recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratios, and diversity hiring outcomes, while also managing HR operations including payroll coordination, policy implementation, documentation, and grievance resolution.

At Wexa AI, I managed the full recruitment lifecycle and partnered with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy. I also mentored two HR interns and improved sourcing and candidate-engagement processes.
