In my most recent role as a Technical Support Representative at Concentrix, I provided exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues related to hardware and software products. My volunteer experience at CIT-U Makerspace allowed me to work with advanced technologies such as laser cutting and 3D printing, further enhancing my technical expertise.
