At IMPACTMUSEUMS | LHIM HOUSTON, I oversaw day-to-day operations across five venues and supported venue openings, reopenings, exhibits, and events. I worked across departments on operating plans, budgets, and project activities.
Earlier, at LA COLOMBE D'OR HOTEL & RESTAURANT, I helped reopen the hotel after renovations and created and built its POS system, keycard systems, website, and third-party booking engines. My hospitality experience also includes hotel operations, forecasting, revenue management, and front office leadership.
