@kristenbrannock
I am an evidence-driven learning experience designer focused on adult learning and measurable outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I am an evidence-driven Learning Experience Designer with over 10 years designing, developing, and evaluating adult learning across technology, public health, research, and higher education.
I apply Instructional Systems Design (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to create performance-focused solutions, using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, and AI tools to optimize development and ensure quality and compliance.
At Lenovo I developed 20 eLearning courses and 18 job aids, engineered scenario-based simulations that reduced unnecessary system board orders, co-produced a 12-course product portfolio for a global audience, and mentored an international training team to improve over 30 projects.
I built rapid eLearning for evolving COVID-19 policies and created LMS onboarding microlearning for 16 NC universities, and earlier I managed qualitative analysis, authored SOPs, created instructor-led materials, and co-authored scientific reports. I focus on measurable outcomes, accessibility, and mentoring teams to build capacity.
