What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a collaborative role designing AI-assisted eLearning and enablement in a fast-paced SaaS environment, partnering with product/engineering and SMEs to deliver measurable learner outcomes.

I'm an instructional designer and learning experience professional with 20+ years turning complex technical topics into clear, outcome-focused training for adult learners.

I've built and led support and learning functions—designing onboarding, help desks, automation workflows, and AI-assisted content pipelines that improved response quality, reduced friction, and accelerated adoption. I have led VR/AR pilots, district-wide 1:1 deployments, and directed digital learning and professional development programs.

I partner closely with product, engineering, and SMEs to create eLearning, microlearning, scenario-based activities, and visual storytelling using tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline, LMS platforms, and AI authoring workflows. I'm eager to apply my rapid-ramp ability in a collaborative SaaS enablement role focused on measurable learner outcomes and scalable processes.
