What I'm looking for

I’m looking to develop in customer service and customer experience, bringing my experience assisting the public while learning digital tools and customer service platforms. I’m especially interested in remote work.

At Variedades Franche, I assisted customers and supported the administration of our family business. I answered questions, identified customer needs, and recommended products.

I handled orders and followed up on products, while organizing and monitoring inventory. I also helped with administrative tasks and the business’s daily operations.

I communicated with customers in person and through digital channels, and used basic computer, email, and office tools in my work.

I’m looking to develop in customer service and customer experience, especially in a remote role. I’d like to build my skills with digital tools and customer service platforms.
