I’m a motivated HR professional currently building my expertise through hands-on HR work and structured learning. I’m seeking an HR Executive role where I can apply strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR process improvement.

As a Human Resource Intern at Testbook (1/06/2025 to 31/07/2025), I posted job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract candidates and maintain a talent pipeline. I manually screened resumes based on job requirements, scheduled interviews, coordinated with candidates and interview panels, and assisted interviewers by taking notes for evaluation.

I also coordinated HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and interdepartmental communication to support seamless operations. Alongside my MBA at GD Goenka University, I’ve strengthened my toolkit with certifications such as SHRM and Microsoft Excel, and I completed an academic “Organizational Analysis of Amazon” project using SWOT Analysis and ratio analysis to deliver strategic recommendations.
