What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile ERP and enterprise integration programs where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, strengthen delivery governance, coach Scrum teams, and improve finance and ecommerce workflows.

I'm currently leading ERP and integration delivery at JOOLA, coordinating vendors and technical teams for Oracle NetSuite and ecommerce initiatives. I manage scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, financials, risks, and executive reporting to keep delivery on track.

I serve as Scrum Master for delivery teams, running sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. I also support NetSuite finance workflows across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, billing, taxation setup, testing, and issue resolution.

Previously, I delivered SAP S/4HANA and NetSuite automation at Actionfi Technologies and led BFSI integration and infrastructure projects at Persistent Systems. My work has included ESB and API-based delivery, middleware deployments, SOW reviews, estimation, and stakeholder reporting.

Across HCL Technologies, Iron Mountain Services, and IBM, I built a foundation in PMO coordination, portfolio reporting, budget and change management, procurement, billing, reconciliation, and operations. I bring 15+ years of experience across Agile, ERP, ecommerce, BFSI, and enterprise integration programs.
