What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute in Operations Lead, Training & Development, Human Resource Management, or L&D, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and continuous learning. I aim to grow into a specialist or leadership role in the private or public sector.

At Agora India Farming Project, I lead training for employees and field staff. I developed a digital learning platform that improved training completion rates to 95%.

I design annual training calendars and learning strategies, and develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and e-learning content. I also assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness using KPIs and post-training assessments.

At Capgemini, I led a team delivering HR outsourcing services and implemented process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce turnaround time. I worked with stakeholders to align HR operations with business objectives.

Earlier, I led customer support teams and supervised teams working on AI-driven solutions. I’ve trained over 80 employees across multiple locations and am looking to grow into a specialist or leadership role in Training & Development, HR, or L&D.
