At Messner Reeves LLP, I built and restructured the immigration practice’s operating infrastructure, creating standardized SOPs, workflows, and documentation. I coordinate case operations across attorneys, staff, clients, and domestic and international stakeholders.
At DLX International School, I built the operational infrastructure for an international education program, from onboarding materials and training handbooks to internal systems. I also designed and facilitated DEI and cultural-proficiency training.
For the Living History Storytelling Project at By Woman For Woman, I managed the project lifecycle from planning through publication. I developed team onboarding and training materials and coordinated interviews, editing, and publishing.
My work has also included international research and cultural liaison coordination at the UNESCO Chair in Arts and Culture in Education, district communications and events at Westminster Public Schools, and event management at Utah Museum of Fine Arts / Rice-Eccles Stadium & Arena Events. I was recognized as 2026 Paralegal of the Year by The Immigration Awards, presented by Build Talent Labs.
